Use this to apply “phase-change” pads (PTM7950 and others) to your AM5 socket CPU.
How to
- Place the Mask on top of the IHS
- Place your PTM pad
- Remove transparent protective film from the PTM pad
- Cut the pad with the Cutter
- Remove Cutter and Mask
Required print settings
- 0.4 nozzle with 0.4 perimeter line widths
- 0.2 layer height
- Arachne wall generator
You can experiment with scaling down the model by 0.5-1% for a snug(er) fit on top of the IHS.
