Created this simple and easy to print model to muffle the sound of my guitar with a 100mm hole.
You can add anything in the hole to muffle even more, i added some cork, but you dont have to
I suggest printing it in tpu to avoid any scratch, + the flexibility of the tpu should help with muffling the sound, but if you cant, pla can be an option
