I printed it with PLA with 0.28 layer height. Then I sanded it for a smooth surface, so I could cast it later on with resin. I used 6 pieces for one weights set.
I designed it to my proportions - I'm 179 cm tall, and for me 16 & 24 cm worked best for the arms and legs respectively. But you can adjust the model to your proportions, because it's parametric (lengthwise).
