A measurement tool fore the NJROTC naval service uniforms. It features a prebuilt support version and a normal version. the measurements are as follows. ¼ in, 1 ½ in, 1 7/8 in, and 2 in. the top section is used to place above the pocket so you can place the ribbon rack and name tag correctly.
