Print in the orientation that it loads in as. Can print from any plastic, but I used a firm TPU for durability. (High Speed from Overture)
I also greased the threads good with dish soap since tpu can be a little too grippy for threads. Then I just tightened on by hand. I printed fairly heavy duty with ~2.4mm walls and 30% cubic infill. If the threads are too tight for you then try scaling the nut a percent or so bigger on x and y. -not z
