After trying other models designed for the Corne keyboard, I felt like they weren't fitting the Chocofi as well as I hoped. So I decided to design my own 😄
I used the Chocofi case v1 as reference to design this:
And then used my own keyboard to align the (2mm diameter - M2) holes:
The alignment is not perfect, but I feel it's better than the other models I have tried.
I printed this in my Bambu Lab P1S using the Standard settings:
- material: PLA
- layer height: 0.2 mm
- infill: 15%
- infill pattern: grid
To get the opposite side of the cover, just invert the model along the X axis.
