The Winkhaus activePilot Control sensor is a hidden sensor and magnet to detect open windows and doors.

There are different magnet placements:

  • Eckumlenkung
  • Mittenverriegelung 150 mm
  • Mittenverriegelung 250 mm

This drilling jig is for placing the sensor for an Eckumlenkung on most windows (adapter FT 1).

There are two orientations, hence I made two different drilling jigs. In order to select the right one, you need to align the sensor with the position of the magnet:

  • Position “Verriegeln”: Magnet need to be at end of sensor/jig.
  • Position “Drehen”: Magnet need to be above rectangular center hole of the sensor/jig.
  • Position “Kippen”: Magnet need to be in the center of the sensor/jig.

The narrow arm of the drilling jig needs to go the window frame corner.

A good article (not mine) with some illustrating photos is here: https://wolf-u.li/auswahl-und-einbau-von-winkhaus-fensterkontakten-vs-bk-06-und-vs-b-06-im-beschlag-von-fenstern-und-tueren/
