Used the idea from https://www.printables.com/model/881165-door-hinge-remix to build a set of door hinges for my RatRig VCore 4.
At least all parts have been changed, adapted, modified to be used on my printer.
For each hinge 2 magnets (Original RatRig Magnets 10x4mm N42) are used to pull in the door to close.
The pins need a 2,5mm heat insert to be able to adjust the friction.
Parts list:
To be printed with: ABS, ASA, PC-CF…
- 5 wall loops
- 5 bottom layers
- 5 top shell layers
- 30-40% Infill (Gyroid)
Take care about the needed supports as shown in the picture.
Make sure you glue the magnets in place!
