Didn't like the wood motor mounts that came with the kit. Made some with heat inserts so I can use loctite on the screws

You'll need 8 - m3X4.5X3 heat set inserts. I used some i had out of this assortment. But these will work as well m3X5X3
Print with a high temp material. I used ASA for mine. Its probably overkill but I printed mine with 100% infill.
The heat inserts go on the back side of the motor mount. There is a small lip that the heat inserts butt up against and in theory will help hold them in the mount. You can see what I'm talking about in the last 2 picture.
