RichRap hat mit der Masterspool V4 eine weit verbreitete Refill Spule designed. Diese ist in der Grundform für bis zu 1 Kg ausgelegt. Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, aber ich glaube, er hat auch eine breitere Version veröffentlicht. Allerdings finde ich den Druckaufwand und Lageraufwand unsinnig. Ich kann, wie Sie bei Filamenthändlern teilweise zum kauf angeboten wird, Masterspools erwerben oder drucken. Ich muß nur diesen Adapter drucken und dazwischen setzen oder entfernen, und schon hat die Masterspool entweder 1 Kg Kapazität oder die Breite der 2Kg Prusaspulen und entsprechend die Kapazität und passen in den Sunlu S4 Trockner (4 1Kg oder 1* 2Kg und 2* 1 Kg oder 2* 2Kg). Der Adapter braucht weniger Material und ist schneller gedruckt, als eine individuelle Masterspool. Hoffe, es hilft auch anderen weiter… Happy Printing - mit immer mehr Refills… ;-) Ergänzend habe ich noch, für recht eng, und mit Kabelbinder fixierte Refills, einen Auffädeladapter entworfen. Damit sollten alle Varianten, einfach auf eine Masterspool “geladen” werden können…

With the Masterspool V4, RichRap has designed a widely used refill spool. The basic version is designed for up to 1 kg. I'm not entirely sure, but I think he has also released a wider version. However, I find the printing and storage costs nonsensical. I can buy or print master spools as they are sometimes offered for sale at filament dealers. I just have to print this adapter and put it in between or remove it, and the Masterspool has either 1 kg capacity or the width of the 2 kg Prusa spools and accordingly the capacity and fits into the Sunlu S4 dryer (4 1 kg or 1* 2 kg and 2* 1 kg or 2* 2 kg). The adapter requires less material and is faster to print than an individual master spool. Hope it helps others too... Happy Printing - with more and more refills... ;-) In addition, I have also designed a threading adapter for quite narrow refills fixed with cable ties. This should allow all variants to be easily “loaded” onto a master spool...
