This is a primer panel designed for the Air Conception Nitro 200 paramotor. It holds the primer bulb and shut off valve and is designed to use the same components used by Aviator PPG who originally designed and sells the primer system.
Update 02/22/18: I had a request to design a panel that will fit above the frame crossbar, so I've add the design to this posting.
Designed to fit in the frame to the pilot's right and reachable when strapped in. The primer bulb is fitted with (2)M3x12 screws and nuts and the valve is press fit and glued into place. I've used CA super glue with much success.
If the printed part's tolerances are right, the valve should be a tight press in fit, almost snapping in place. Then, I use about 4 drops of CA super glue spread around the back edge of the part. I've never had one come loose on a PLA printed part, a PETG part might need some light scuffing of the surface. If the valve is really loose in the printed hole (spins), you may want to adjust your print parameters. The smallest part of the hole (at the face) is designed to be 21.45mm.

02/13/18 - Added a version for the primer bulb only by request. Also put a valve only version up.
Update 02/28/18: The standard lower panel has been updated with a larger hole for the net tether to pass through without having to remove the panel to remove your net.
