pls see the created new Angle STL File. it focus better to the Nozzle.
And in the new Part, i reduced the thickness of sides for mounting.

I used the screw hole from the fan at the back side, there is a little bit place to input the next screw from the hotend side. it holds the LED.
You need for this a 5mm LED and 1k resistor. I calculated for my LED from the Arduino Set 1k Resistor for 24V Input.
Requirements:
cable fits to fan PIN
2x M3 ~8mm screw
5mm LED, ( my is white, so need calculate the resistor related to yours with 24V Input)
