I needed a guide for a 45mm Forstner bit and the hole should be as perpendicular to the plate as possible. So I designed this guide.
It fits a Bosch 45mm "Forstner Holzbohrer mit Wellenschliff"

I think it should also fit 32-50mm because according to the document they all have a 10mm shaft and I assume the shaft is therefore identical on these drills. At the thickest point the shaft is 14mm.
I printed it out in PETG with 4 perimeters and 0.2 layer height. It was designed so that no extra support is needed. The round support in the bit can then simply be broken off. (The red part in the Fusion Screenshot = Support)
