I made the feet to work with the existing MaraX Rubber Feet and a M6 Bolt with a captive nut.
The process is completely reversible, no glue needed.
BOM:
- 4x M5x12 Bolt
- 4x M5 Captive Nut
- 4x Washers, I used on with OD of 12
The alignment piece is designed to fit between the washer and feet, in order to align it in the center.
I have chosen to split the print because they don't have to be 1 single piece and this way the print can be done without supports.
How I assembled it:
Part 1.
- Drop the nut in the printed feet.
- Add the MaraX original feet in the printed one ( this way the nut will stay in place )
Part 2.
- Add the washer to the bolt
- Add the “Alignment” print to the bolt it should be a snug fit.
