The hardest work was done by db, and he deserves a ton of thanks for publishing the step files for his case.

The original model had a bit of a poor fit on the ports of the pi. I used the step files of the board provided by BigTreeTech to make the dimensions perfect and improved the design a bit.

This remix draws a ton of inspiration from Malolo's snap fit Pi 4 Case, and has all the IO access i could ever need. I also included a version with a clip for the amazing frame mounting solution by bassaminator.

Printing & Assembly

Only the mounting clip requires supports.

The tolerances are not very tight, but i recommend using a well-tuned printer as some parts may require post-processing.

Be careful with the usb ports, as they have metal plates sticking out the sides, so you can't just force the top of the case into place.

Use 4 m3x12 or m3x16 screws to assemble.

The antenna can be routed to the bottom of the board and stuck to the base, but it's quite awkward. I may make a better place for it later. You can always just leave it loose.
