The center hole is 3.5mm to allow for it for M4 hardware, but the f3d file (and step file) is available for you to customize to your needs.
Would definatily recommend PETG for this, as it need to be a little flexible to not crack when inserting M4 screw.
Printed with 4 perimeters, 4 top and bottom layers, 15% infill.
