It's quite a lot but the plate needs to be stiff. I used the standoffs, screws and thermal pads that shipped with the GeeekPi Ice Tower CPU Lüfter Ice Tower Lüfter für Raspberry Pi 4"
Temps under 100% CPU load for >10 minutes stay below 80C.
