I made this filter as a gag gift for a guy at the mechanic shop I work at.

Novelty oil filter roughly designed to match a Fram FF2. Not perfect, as the only way to make it fit the toilet paper insert was to make it larger! In theory, it would thread onto the oil filter head, but I'm not so sure it is a suitable replacement for even a Fram filter.. Though I did suggest it to the person at my shop who was teasing me about my 3D printer!

With some modification, this concept would make for a great TP holder in a mechanic shop bathroom. You could design a threaded base for it, then a slit for TP to feed out of. Perhaps add some printed bearings inside to help things move.

I printed this one part at a time in generic PLA from Amazon. No supports, and I used my MMU/Prusaslicer to paint the letters. They are recessed a small amount and could also be hand painted with some acrylic paint. I stuffed it with a Dollar Tree TP roll
