A rotating holder for markers, pens, screwdrivers, or other long and thin tools. Set it on your desk, and spin to the desired tool with one hand.
The only required hardware is a bearing - the included 3mf is configured for a 608 skateboard bearing. However, the model is fully parametric, so you can configure it for any bearing you have! 3D printed bearings work too!
For best results, print the holder section upside-down (holes facing the build plate). No supports are required.
To alter the model:
- Open the .fcstd file in a recent weekly build of Ondsel
- Double click the Dimensions spreadsheet in the model tree to open it
- Adjust the parameters to meet your needs
- Close the spreadsheet
- Switch to wireframe view to ensure nothing is colliding, then export the Holder and Base bodies
