This is a self designed case by carefully measuring Ajax uartBridge with calipers. There is no affiliation or endorsement in any way from Ajax.
The case is pretty tight, and requires pretty precise tolerances both for fitting PCB and for connecting parts together. An opening is present on the side of the case for a ribbon of 4 dupont wires for connecting UART and power.
The model can be printed in any non-conductive plastic you want, but it is advised to use simple plastics such as PLA, ABS or PETG - actually, the board does not heat up a lot, so PLA is a reasonable choice. It is strongly discouraged to use any plastics with mixins (conductive, CF, GF, etc.), because they can negatively influence the radio signal.
It is better to print the bottom part in black and top part in white to allow for status LEDs to shine through, and if you have printer capable of multicolor print, you can print only the hat of the top part white, and print walls with black, that will help preventing unneeded light bleed (like in the picture). For proper light passthrough, 2d infill such as honeycomb is required for the white part.
Be careful when assembling - since it is square, it is pretty easy to squish the top part wrong way. Make sure that cutout for wires is on the same level as the UART header - but is on the opposite site. You can take a look at the pictures for an idea.
It is also advised to cover dupont wires with a single layer of insulating tape (like in a photo) for better insulation and for the cables to stay in place (and do not wiggle back and forth).
