So today a part which holds the tensioning thing on my Samson SR850s has decided to snap. After 5 years it's understandable I guess.
Print instructions:
- Low layer height, like 0.2 or 0.1 mm (because of in-design supports)
- 0.4 nozzle recommended
- Low print speed (I printed mine at an average of ~40mm/s print speed)
- Paint-on supports according to the screenshot (3rd photo), set type to “snug”
After printing remove the supports and punch though the in-design support with a screwdriver or anything ~3mm in diameter.
The installation is a bit annoying, but shall your headphones live on! Happy printing :D
