WARNING 1 : Don't even try to open with current release version of OpenSCAD (2021.1), it will hang and crash miserably. Use the latest NIGHTLY builds or development snapshot. I use 2024.09.10/Linux but any fresh nightly build should be fine
WARNING 2 : You will need to adapt the code to fit your bike, such as angles of tubes, their diameters, bottle mounts positions, derailleur and its mount size and position. It should be relatively straightforward, mainly all about adjusting variables in the beginning of the .scad file.
Use “test_profile” module to create a thin central slice to test fit for your bike.
There are different sectioning options, to print it in parts, so that each part fits your 3D printer volume. glue them together afterwards. Additionally to save plastic on supports I recommend to make small bottom part, or use wedged bottom option.
All connections are designed such that they don't let water from above in
Additional parts: None
Material: ASA or ABS recommended, PLA should be o.k.
