This is a robust handle for the QBone board. It helps getting the board in and out of the backplane. These are usually found on Dual-size PCB boards, but here applied to a Quad-size PCB.
Boards like these are found in DEC PDP-8 or PDP-8 backplanes; typical vintage computers.
There are other designs, but not as robust or non-free:
The sample is printed with PETG filament, 0.2 mm layer, 0.4 mm nozzle, 5 perimeters, 30% infill. Poly-carbonate filament would be even stronger.
