Baggmuck joiner
I have an oldtimer that drips some oil if parked for a long time, but I would not wanted to spend much on an oil drip tray, so I bought the Baggmuck shoe tray and designed these joiners.
Use some thicker double-sided tape on the inner side and push it down on the trays. Mine was: https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/p/d/b40072037/ and it works very well.
The joiner is 10cm long but If you would like to you can print more or scale it one direction to join the trays on the whole length.
