The Brutus 8mm x 1250mm Yellow Site Stake commonly found at Bunnings Warehouse in Australia - along with some black spray paint - makes for a relatively inexpensive mount for core flute Christmas props, it isn't very stiff and may sway in the wind but is otherwise strong enough (I have a couple of props where the sway could be dangerous, I just preload it in one direction with fishing line and a tent stake, takes out most of it)
Print this out in PETG and grab 6 of your favourite 2-2.5mm zip ties and go to town. I've included a dxf/svg/png of the cutting guide for the corresponding coro so no matter how you're manufacturing you should be able to get what you need.
I do counter-intuitively print this flat on the bed with the flat foot down as it provides for me the cleanest print with least issues, ymmv on the strength department, I print it a little hotter for better layer adhesion
