I’ve created two separate waterproof cases one for the ESP32 WLAN module and another for the WT32-ETH01 module in combination with the PN532 NFC module to protect your electronics in outdoor or damp environments. Both cases are designed to keep your modules safe from moisture, making them ideal for IoT and NFC projects. You can easily download and print both models individually, each tailored to fit its respective module.
What You’ll Need
- WT32-ETH01 (e.g.: Amazon *)
- ESP32 WLAN (e.g.: Amazon *)
- PN532 NFC module (e.g.: Amazon *)
- Silicone or rubber gaskets for sealing (optional)
3D Printing Settings
- Print the Cases: Each case is designed with custom slots to securely hold the respective module.
- Install the Modules: Place the ESP32/WT32 in its case and the PN532 in its own, making sure to align the cables with the openings.
- Seal and Assemble: Use silicone or rubber gaskets around the edges and cable ports to enhance the seal. Then, close the cases and secure them with screws.
- Test the Seal: Before inserting the electronics, perform a water test with the empty cases to ensure they are fully sealed and leak-proof.
