My bike couldn't fit a SmartTag 2 device, because the frame blocked the signal, so I had to make a box to hide it on the outside of the frame. I figured the backside of the rear reflector could be a great place to hide it, by making it look like part of the reflector.
I had to make it very compact to fit there, since the fender curve is steep and close to the reflector bracket. I made some sunken holes on the lid to mount the box on the existing bolts of the reflector bracket. To keep water out, I used black silicone between the box and the lid, and I also made three small holes on the bottom side of the box to drain potential moisture.
Printing guidelines
I used black ABS to make it look as close the the reflector bracket as possible. Even with a large brim and Magigoo adhesive the parts warped a bit, making it hard to close gaps between the lid and the box.
I used just a small amount of supports on the sunken holes for the nuts. The 3mf file contains the support that I painted on, but I still hade to spend some time filing it down after removing them.
