This is a powerbank that uses the 1H961_U V6 charging board. I created 4 versions in which more cells are used starting from 3, 6, 9 and 20 recycled batteries from vapes. As hardware, apart from the charging board, you also need 12 pcs M3 screws of 8-10mm length.
The model has some space between the cells that allows you to add some packing between the cells.
The Top, middle and button pieces are common for all combinations, the only differences are for the Bottom, which are scaled for various battery combinations.
The model in the picture is for 20 cells recycled from vapes, the charging module may have small differences in the position of the screen, but you should be able to bend it to the correct position.
To attach the Top part to the Mid, use a few pieces of filament in the coupling holes, if you use screws it is possible that the USB plugs will not fit all the way.
I suggest you print the model in ABS/ASA or PETG because the charging board heats up quite a lot during operation and the PLA becomes too soft.
I hope you like it and happy printing!
