Here is a jig for a 26.9mm pipe bend, usually used for railings etc. This jig is made up of two part connected with two M5 allen bolts and nuts. It has markings for every 5 degrees but you can also use a protractor to set the angle of the bend. I made this in PETG so it can whitstand any chemicals that is in the bandsaws coolant.
