This is a mudguard which should fit to several Powerslide inline skating frames. It replaces the synchro brake and the Fusion360 file could be modified to fit any frame which is compatible with the brake. If you own the synchro brake for your frame just one axle with the inner thread is needed for good fit. If you don't have the synchro brake mounting hardware it should be possible to just use the synchro brake dedicated thread in the frame.
