I made an insert for this Caseling zippered case (LINK). Make sure you get the 8" one. The bigger of the two card inserts will fit a 100-sleeve card box.
I printed in PLA with 3 wall loops and 15% infil. Make sure you enable supports to print the smaller, removable tray. Paint the logo for nicer looking finish.
