Purchased an enclosure kit from MandalaRoseworks and printed the handles in the meantime. Didn't realize RatRig changed the hole spacing and no longer supports printed handles.
You can find 100mm spacing handles online for pretty cheap, but I thought these files should be out there for those who need them.
