Is this the right part for my container lid?
If it looks similar, I would bet it is. My container is a generic brand and I have no idea where it came from. A quick google search for reuseable glass containers with aa vent lid revealed a bunch of different brands that look like they use the same lid. I would assume it is somewhat of chinese standard design.
Features:
- model is a very precise copy of the original part (maybe +/- 0.002")
- works great, I have been using three of these for a few months with no issues
- I improved the model by filling the hole in the little plug nub so it can't collect food debris
- exact fit
Print Settings:
Printer: Bambu Lab P1S
Material: Polyterra PLA (I haven't had any problems yet but maybe PETG would be more durable)
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Support: NONE
Installation:
I found it best to put one tab in its hole and then twist/slide the other in from the front, sort of sliding it along the side of the slot. Pushing in from the top might break off the little hinge nubs.
Please leave a like/comment/make of this helped you out! I'd love to hear about it.
