This is a more advanced wrapping paper station, designed to be clamped to a tabletop that will allow you to use multiple rolls of wrapping paper to be drawn out flat and easily, making wrapping presents MUCH simpler. Upper roll of paper feeds under the rearmost and front guides - middle roll feeds under the rear and front, and lower roll can feed under the front guide or right off the roll. The guides keep the paper from rolling back onto the spools while allowing all of them to be unrolled easily.

Will accommodate three rolls of paper at a time, but more upper holders and keys can be printed to allow as many as you want. I suggest printing this model from something stronger than PLA - like PET, ABS, etc…

Included holes for the wrapping paper spools are 25.6mm, allowing you to use 1" (25.4mm) dowel pieces that can either be press fit or glued in place. Cylinders can also be printed for these as well, instead of using wooden dowels.

The bottom guides are 3/8" (9.525 mm). These allow for more control of the paper as it is fed from the upper rolls.

ASSEMBLY TIPS:

The base and upper roll holders have a keyway printed in the back of them to accept the included keys. The keys are already scaled to 99% that on my print were tight, but they did slide in and bottomed in the channel of the base with small taps on the end with a hammer. The upper roll holders slide on the key with small taps as well. No glue was required. NOTE: Be sure to thoroughly clean the support generated in the keyway so the keys don't bind in the keyway.

If you want to add more upper roll holders, simply print more L & R pairs, as well as two keys per level and keep stacking. With the paper routed under the guides, multiple rolls can be used at the same time without unrolling the others.

If your rolls have large center spools, consider printing spacers with 1" centers to keep the paper roll centered on the hubs.
