Isn't it weird that so many of our devices just have unprotected screens? I get real nervous carrying around my uConsole, even in a bag, because I'm worried I'll hurt it. So here is a protective case that flips up from the kickstand screws.
Printing:
Print one “uconsole_case_main” and two “uconsole_case_washer.” Print the case on its side so the screw holes print in the strongest way. Use 100% infill.
I used a PLA on a Prusa Mk4S with 0.15mm layer height and organic supports.
Assembly:
Unscrew the two screws attaching the kickstand to the uConsole. Thread one washer onto each screw. Align the case with the screw posts and replace the screws.
