When organizing chores for children (or trying to optimize their morning/evening routines) I thought it would be useful to make a TODO list that could be used over and over - reset every time.
Making it a physical object adds the satisfying act of marking the task done (better than checking it off on paper), avoids using phone and for the right kind of person simply is more fun.
Ticks are spaced every 10mm, so it should work with standard squared notebook paper. But you can just as easily create a stencil for it.
Left part holds 13 ticks with color covers to show task status (TODO/DONE). Each tick is assembled with its cover to fit into a slot in the base/lid. For simplicity I uploaded merged cover (if you can change filament in the middle) and separate parts for TODO and DONE (if like me you print from different filament types and they don't stick :) ).
Left is screwed to the base with tiny screws (2mm diameter). Right cover holds paper with holes for a standard office binder. For easy task list swap, this cover is only held by 6 magnets (5mm diameter, 2mm thickness).
I designed the switch mechanism from scratch, but was strongly inspired by this model: https://www.printables.com/model/764872-fidget-switch.
