Made a holder that's 4x1x4 gridfinity units to fit my hobby knife. Although mine is from Parkside, I imagine it would fit a lot of other ones around 120x11mm. I have seen a lot of smaller hobby knives/scalpels which are smaller in diameter, so maybe look for a different model if yours is like that. Be careful to store your knife with the blade edge pointing downwards, to not cut yourself accidentally.
