It should be fairly obvious how this works but how you print it will depend on your printer. I had it on its side with support under the button feature, under the bit that holds the spool, and some of the overhanging curves.
It will also work printed on its back but it'll be a matter of preference. I did a few test prints cut down to just the hinge part to see which was better before committing to the whole thing. Turned out great though. After a few cycles of wiggling everything it's free enough to work as designed.

You can access the locking tab from the back if it's not springing back properly and you need to clean out some saggy bridging or work it with a screwdriver a few times to free it up. But all I needed to do was run a sharp blade along the sides of the moving part and it worked right away.

If you find the roller keeps falling out, my Filler remix with smaller bearings and slots for cable ties to keep them in place is here: https://www.printables.com/model/1099479-filler-606-bearing-remix
