Re-mixing to fix the issues where the parts were too loose and the assembly falls apart.
Printed on Prusa MK4 with 0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm layer Height, 2 perimeters
Print with “External Perimeters First” to maintain dimensional accuracy.
15% infill
No supports needed for the body.
Autogenerated supports for screw holes on the wall mount.
123mm/s across the board for speed. 30mm/s first layer.
The wall mount has three holes. I used one screw per part since I'm using multiple parts, but two should be used if only one part is to be used.
I attached the wall mounts to the bottom of the table, then a “row” of 50mm tall parts. I slid the tall parts so that the wall mount would be in the middle of the tall part (picture1). Then assembled two “rows” of 5mm slim parts to cut down on material used and weight; one slim part on the front and one on the back (picture2), then finish with a “row” of tall parts to make the whole assembly more robust(picture3).
