Use M4x10 self-tapping screws to mount the holder.

Tear a hole for the screwdriver on the back side after printing.

Print settings:

  • Auto-orient the model in the slicer (lay the model on its top surface).
  • No supports needed.
  • 15-30% infill.
  • 4 perimeters.
  • Set Small Perimeter Threshold to 10mm (Small Perimeter Speed should be ~ 50%).
  • Suitable for PETG/PLA.
  • For PETG, it's better to use XY Holes Contour Compensation. (Calibrate with OrcaSlicer's Tolerance Test model)

Model versions

Version 2.2

Reinforced scalpel holder. Some other minor changes.

Version 2.1

The model was updated to reduce plastic stress on long perimeters, which prevents bending during printing and after cooling. The scalpel mount is now more durable, and the glue mount is tighter. Other cosmetic changes were made.

Version 2

It is designed for the Scraper XL (link) , side cutters, hex keys, cleaning rod, the screwdriver and glue stick (30mm) from the printer kit, as well as any other glue or cleaner spray (38mm, as shown in the model pictures).
Additionally, I made an extra hole for a paper cutter or scalpel (approximately 7.5-8.5 mm)

Version 1

It is designed for the Scraper XL (link) , side cutters, hex keys, cleaning rod, and the screwdriver from the printer kit.
