This is a simple plug modeled after the flaps found in my crawl space air vents. This is not a one-size-fits-all solution as there are innumerable vent types available.
Use PETG or something weather and sun-resistant.
I use very typical print settings. 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height.
