Sectors in a rotor should be probed by measuring sections 180 degree apart. This ring hold probes comfortably.

I printed this in PA12 (nylon) which shrinks a little. The 2mm probes fit snugly and the ring inner diameter is 38mm. Nylon might take away 0.5mm or so. Supports were not needed.
A hot ring will be easier to fit. Let it cool down on a tight spot so it is stretched when cooled. With other materials the size should be ok.
