I did this as a 2 piece print to have a TPU liner inside to avoid scratching the controller and make for a nice fit.
The outside I just printed in PLA with no supports, although I would add supports for the very top piece if I were to reprint this. It came out nicely without but there was a little sagging of the first couple of layers in the very top since it is a large bridge.
The inner piece I printed in TPU95 with supports and it came out alright. I definitely would have gotten a cleaner result if I dried my TPU for longer, though. I super glued the inner piece in to keep it secure.
