I accidentally dropped my wolfbox blower with the long nozzle attached, and managed to break one of the sliding tabs on the bottom that lock it into the base. So I grabbed some calipers and opened fusion 360 and got to work! 😆

I decided to go ahead and model all of the existing nozzles. I also added a variant of the wide nozzle, with the nozzle rotated 90 degrees, so it's vertical when mounted on the blower.

The base of the nozzles have a squarish profile to make it easy to grab and turn them.

The models are sized to be a pretty snug fit when printed on my printer. If they turn out too tight when printed on your setup, you can try scaling them down in the x/y directions by just a smidge. I'd recommend starting by scaling it so the diameter of the base is maybe .2mm smaller, and going from there.

Supports are required when printing right-side up. You can print some of them upside down without supports, but it may need a brim to have enough bed adhesion.

I recommend printing at .1mm layer height to reduce the impact of the surface roughness on the airflow.

WARNING: some users have reported that they damaged the locking lugs on the duster body using one of these printed nozzles, and the “stock” nozzles won't lock any more. Use at your own risk :)
