Object description:

This assembly stabilizes a cyclone and protects it from breaking off from the collection container due to too much pull on the suction hose.

Comments:
  • Don't be fooled by the attached photo. All the dust on the cyclone comes from outside. The photo was taken after a few days in hard use in a very dusty environment.
  • The cyclone has an efficiency of almost 100%. This means that almost everything ends up in the dust container and the filter in the vacuum cleaner stays clean for a long time.

Assembly instruction:
  • Melt the thread inserts into the base flange
  • Screw the feets with the countersunk screws on the ribs
  • Move the ring over the cyclone
  • Apply silicone between base flange and the cyclone
  • Put the cyclone on the base flange
  • Screw the pre-assembled ribs with M4x12mm socket head screws on the base flange
  • Move the ring down over the pins of the ribs
  • Apply silicone between base flange and the dust collector
  • Screw the stabilizer with M5x20mm,M5 washers and M5 Nuts on the cover of your dust collector
  • In the base flange, rib and ring are slots that you can fix the parts together with zip ties, if you want. But this is not necessary.
