I could not find a case for a Raspberry Pi 4 with a UPS hat. The Raspberry Pi 4 typically has a fan which is mounted on top of the case. With this UPS hat on top, the fan had to be mounted on the side. Four stand-offs are required to keep the two boards separated. These require four M2.5 x 25mm screws. The fan is a standard fan for this processor with four mounting holes 24mm x 24mm spacing and requiring four M3 x 10mm screws.
Notice that there is a binary message on the bottom. If you are into computer science you should be able to decode it.
