This is a MiniDisc Sleeve designed to print flat and fold into a case. It was modeled to match the size of the cases that come with the blank SONY MiniDiscs.
I uploaded a version with and without the window for labels on the discs. I also uploaded a step file for anyone who wants to edit the model before printing.
I printed mine out of PETG using a 0.2 mm layer height and 0% infill. I have not tested using PLA and I do not know if the hinges or MiniDisc catches work properly with different materials. Please let me know if they work for you. Thanks!
Changes v1.1 (6 Jan. 2025):
- The inner walls are tapered to reduce catching the sliding door on the cartridges
- The outer edges are now chamfered
