The other screen mounts that can rotate hold the screen by the original side screws. This makes it off-balance and give an awkward rotational center.

This model utilizes the backplate of the original holder to rotate in the very center.

I've also included a new holder model to increase range of motion. I used two M3x8 screws but I think M3x10 might get more bite in the plastic. The screws self-tap but your mileage will vary. I might melt some threaded inserts into my final version.

There is a vertical pin to rotate left/right and a hinge using one long or two short M3 screws to rotate up/down. See the models and photos for examples and details.

There are many mounting options including various distances from the printer and a screw-in version that uses the original screws. Bases are easy to remix - please post your makes and remixes!

Printing:  I have printed all the parts in PLA, PLA+, and PETG. They all work great. I've tried 0.2mm, 0.24mm, 0.28mm layers and the 0.24 is fine. Minimal infill needed. Just make sure you use the same settings for the base, pin, and hinge so they match up.

Note: If you print the new screen holder transfer to Elegoo magnet from the back of the original to the new one before you mount the hinge plate.

I've been using it non-stop since Jan 4th, 2025 and it's holding up great.

This is my first completely original model - I love constructive feedback and suggestions.
