Print settings
I would recommend a minimum of 0.15mm layer height with 25% gyroid infill pattern. Especially for the top bolt to avoid overhangs on the threaded parts.
For more strength and weight add 3 walls and 100% rectilinear infill pattern.
Remove the part after the print sheet has cooled, then flex the sheet to release it.
Important: don't over-tighten the top bolt as this may break the top part of the threaded rod. Use some super glue instead to the threads inside the top bolt during assembly. Especially when using silk PLA the plastic is not as durable.
