I needed a strain relief for the power cables from my direct drive Sherpa Mini on a modified Ender 3 (variant). The original model by AndresDesigns was perfect except the bottom two mounting holes did not clear the x-gantry on my particular build. I cut the finished model and installed - the STL was modified in Fusion 360 after.
I also modeled a spacer which will accept standard threaded inserts and allow for flush mount to the back of the Sherpa Mini motor.
Recommend printing in PETG or better due to possibility for melting if the stepper motor gets too hot.
Strain relief bracket was printed with 4 perimeters and 40% infill - lower infill will probably be fine but increased perimeters are recommended to handle the strain.
Spacer was printed with 4 perimeters and resulted in 100% infill using a 0.6mm nozzle. Standard 0.4 MM nozzle should work fine as well.
